The DS18 PRO-X57.4BM is a heavy-duty 5x7-inch mid-range loudspeaker with a bullet, made for clean vocals and mids at any volume. It handles 175 watts RMS and 350 watts max at 4 ohms.
With 94 dB sensitivity and a 100 Hz to 8 kHz range, it covers vocals, guitars and snares and pairs well with a subwoofer. An oversized 1.5-inch CCAW voice coil on a Kapton former resists heat, and a 20 oz ferrite magnet gives tight control.
The aluminum bullet focuses and projects sound, which makes it a good choice for motorcycles, UTVs and open-cabin vehicles.
